Overview

Independent evidence for public programmes

Public programmes need evidence at every stage: a baseline before they start, monitoring while they run, and an honest assessment of what changed at the end. That evidence has to be independent, comparable over time and collected where the programme actually reaches people.

Our Pan-India field network covers rural and urban areas in every zone of the country, with local-language enumerators, supervisor-level quality checks and geo-tagged, time-stamped data capture. We work with ministries, state departments and missions, PSUs, development agencies, CSR foundations and implementing partners.

How It Works

How we run a government study

Five steps, from terms of reference to final report.

1

Terms of reference

We agree the questions, indicators and deliverables in the ToR.

2

Sampling and tools

A representative sample, and tools translated and field-tested.

3

Enumerator training

Local-language teams trained on every question and protocol.

4

Field work and monitoring

Geo-tagged, time-stamped data with supervisor back-checks.

5

Analysis and reporting

Findings against each indicator, with clear recommendations.

A programme is only as good as the evidence that it is working.
